We carefully inspect every product before dispatch to ensure you receive the correct item in perfect condition.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as processing begins immediately to ensure fast dispatch.
2. Unboxing Video Requirement
To request an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required.
The video must:
• Show the sealed outer packaging clearly
• Capture the complete opening of the package from start to finish
• Clearly display the damaged or incorrect product
Exchange requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Policy (No Refunds)
Exchanges are provided only for items that are damaged during delivery or if an incorrect product is received. All requests are subject to verification.
• If the same product is available, a replacement will be shipped.
• If the product is unavailable, store credit equal to the product value will be issued.
Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
