Refund policy

 Important:

Please ensure to record an unpacking/unboxing video while opening your package. Without this video, we will not be able to process any damage claims.

  • Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to avoid any damage or defects.

  • We accept returns or exchanges only for following reasons:

    • The product was damaged during transit.

    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged/defective product:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Send clear images of the damaged item along with the unboxing video to:

  3. If your return is accepted:

    • You must ship the product back to us (return shipping is to be paid by the customer).

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process a replacement.

    • If the same product is out of stock, a refund/coupon will be issued to your original payment method within 7–12 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges).

 We will not be able to process any return or exchange requests if:

  • You do not notify us within 24 hours.

  • The unboxing video is missing.

  • The product is found to be tampered with or used.
